Jocelyn Robles, GFI Mindanao Coordinator, was given
the opportunity to be the guest speaker for the 2012 graduation ceremony
of the International Care Ministry (ICM) of the Philippines held last
March 20, 2012 at General Santos City. The graduates are of ages 5-6
coming from different towns of General Santos City, South Cotabato and
Sarangani Province. The graduation theme was: "Molding the Young Minds,
Developing the Culture, Changing the Future". Ms. Robles was chosen to
be the guest speaker due to her volunteer work with the Galing
Foundation, Inc. that shares the same advocacy of fighting illiteracy as
early as pre-schoolers especially among the indigent communities. Her
